Ami

Registered Dental Assistant

With her warm and friendly smile, Ami puts even our most nervous patients at ease. She talks with them about what the doctor will be doing during their visit and prepares them for procedures. Then she sits chairside, supporting the doctor. At the same time, she tells the patient what the doctor is doing and makes sure they’re comfortable. A graduate from Ferris State University and Registered Dental Assistant since 1992, Ami also assists Dr. Cadorette with treatment planning, implant coordination, and is our OSHA coordinator, too

Ami and her husband Shawn have two daughters, Meghan and Brianna, along with Jade, their Chocolate Lab. They enjoy family time, especially hanging out at the lake.

Sarah

Financial Coordinator/Marketing

Sarah is the appointment coordinator for Dr. Cadorette. She received her Bachelor of Art’s Degree from Valpraiso University in Advertising/Marketing/Public Relations, and is excited to start a new career in the dental field. Sarah moved to Rockford in 2011 from Tampa Florida and is thankful to be back in her native Michigan. Born a “Yooper”, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their family camp in the UP, kayaking, fishing, camping and hiking.

Wendy

Office Manager

Wendy is the insurance specialist and office manager for Dr. Cadorette. After receiving her Michigan Insurance license in 1999, she continued her pursuit specializing with Dental Insurance throughout the last 12 years. She continues to further her knowledge by attending dental seminars and continuing education classes. Wendy is a native of Southwest Michigan, and outside the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and children fishing, swimming, camping, and other outdoor activities.

Heather

Registered Dental Assistant

Heather is a Registered Dental Assistant with a bachelors in Computer Information Systems. She is a very caring person who makes everyone in the dental chair feel relaxed. She treats everyone like they are family.

She graduated from North Western in Traverse City in 1999 with her Dental Assisting Degree. She went back to Washtenaw Community College for her expanded functions for dental assisting. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University. She has a husband and two children. She loves to spend time with family and loved ones.

Amber

Treatment Coordinator/Business Staff

Amber is a hard-working, adventurous and determined person. She loves being outside hiking in the mountains with her husband and 2 kids. Amber also enjoys the Rogue River Blue series in the summer with her husband.

Laura

Dental Assistant

Laura has been in dentistry since 1989, however she took long break to raise her 7 kids! She has lived in Guam, Texas, California and Michigan. Laura loves to teach yoga and is Reiki attuned. She also loves to travel, gardening, hiking, growing plants, cooking, making raw juices, drawing and painting!

Karen

Registered Dental Hygienist

Karen has been working with Dr. Heather for over 20 years! She has a new love for bird watching, and NO that does not mean she is old 🙂 Her dream vacation would be in a bungalow over water in a deserted area!

Haylee

Registered Dental Hygienist

Haylee is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been married for 2 years and is a new home owner!! She enjoys doing house projects, hiking and cooking. Her favorite vacations include a week long trip to the U.P. and Savannah, GA.

Robin

Registered Dental Hygienist

Robin graduated from Ferris State University in 1991 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She was raised in the Grand Rapids area in a dental family. Robin began her career working alongside her father at his Kentwood dental practice until she became a mother herself. Her father, still practicing dentistry into his early eighties, has since relocated to practice dentistry in Gaylord, MI. She and her husband, who have lived in Rockford for 20 years, are almost empty nesters raising 4 teenagers (2 daughters and 2 sons), 2 dogs and several chickens. Robin loves spending time with her family along with gardening, skiing, sewing and travel. Fearlessly sharing her lifelong joy of dentistry with others is her ultimate endeavor.

Emily

Registered Dental Hygienist

Emily has been a Registered Dental Hygienist with Dr. Heather for 11 years and was an assistant before that! She loves to hike and snowboard. Her favorite vacation was to Gatlinburg, TN with her husband and their three children.

Becky

Front Desk

She has been a part of our business team for four years now! She used to be a teacher. She loves live music, movies, biking, hiking and reading. On her favorite vacation, you will find her anywhere near the ocean, probably enjoying delicious Mexican food with her husband and three kids!

Karli

A California native, Karli moved to Michigan at 24! She used to be a pre-school teacher. Karli enjoys photography, lake days with her husband and two kiddos, and family vacations to Mexico! We are so glad she joined our team 2 years ago
